If your delegating to one of these pools you should change your delegation now so at the start of epoch 214 your coins are delegated to an active pool. Since some of the tickers are duplicated or may be duplicated if your Operator decices to reuse their ticker we will include the pool ID for each retiring pool. This hopefully helps you determine if its the pool your in, or just a different pool from the same operator you delegate to.
